I was browsing through Piglet In Portugal‘s blog the other day when I came across this great idea. Bloggers from all over are writing their own personal A-Z Guides to their countries. It started on the Julie Dawn Fox blog as an A-Z of Portugal, but it has snowballed and gone global! Because they are subjective, the entries are not restricted in any way; they can cover anything from specific locations and events to the generalities of feelings and frustrations. The one thing you can bank on is that they’re going to make for some interesting reading! By the time we get to Z we should all have an astute geographical and cultural awareness and be prime candidates for careers in the diplomatic corps!
This is a work in progress, so check back every once in a while for more entries as I work my way through the alphabet with the quirks and wonders of Canada in mind.
